Ryan Tiene — Founder & Head Snowboard Coach

Olympic Coach, Youth Olympic & World Cup Coach, Pro Snowboarder. Ryan Tiene founded Turn & Burn with a vision to develop Australian snow sports athletes from first board slide to World Cup podiums. With over 10 years of coaching elite athletes, Ryan brings unmatched expertise in freestyle snowboarding and airbag training.

Leon Tarbotton — TAB Partner & Head Ski Coach

2x Youth Olympic Coach, PyeongChang Olympic Coach. Leon is one of Australia's most decorated ski coaches, having guided athletes to Youth Olympic Games and the PyeongChang Winter Olympics. His technical expertise and competitive coaching background set the standard for ski instruction at Turn & Burn camps.

Simon Williams — Mindset & Performance Coach

NLP and PSYCH-K specialist. Simon helps athletes develop the mental strength and focus required for high-performance competition. His background in neurolinguistic programming and psychological kinesiology provides athletes with tools to overcome mental barriers and perform at their best.

Marcus Thompson — Ski Technical Director

PSIA Level 4, Australian Ski Instructor, Race Coach Certification. 12 years professional coaching. Marcus's precision-focused approach has helped countless skiers achieve their technical goals. His race background and analytical coaching style make complex movements accessible to athletes at every level.

Emma Rodriguez — Youth Development Coach

Youth Coaching Certification, First Aid/CPR, Child Development Specialist. 6 years youth coaching. Emma's enthusiastic and supportive coaching style creates the perfect environment for young athletes to discover their passion for snow sports.
